Garbage Can (Large Green Plastic)
Spray Paint
Rope or Strong Twine

A) Remove flat bottom from garbage can. Cut remaining portion into four equal sections. (see diagram below)

B) Choose two sections, one for the front and one for the back. Hold the front against your chest, trim for your height if necessary. Make the back piece roughly the same in length.

C) Cut for neck area and then shape at bottom for both back and front.

D) Punch holes through the lip of each garbage can piece, both top left and top right. Aim for the center of the remaining double portion left after trimming. Attempt closely identical places on both front and back to match the string placement for each.

E) Draw string through the holes from front to back pieces. Align left to left, right to right. Tie the back end on outside of garbage can portion. Place on shoulders. Hold to mirror to adjust for body size and then tie front when comfortable.
